Refund Policy

Strong Social AI is operated by Ellen Grace Stafford (United Kingdom). Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases of the Strong Social AI service.
14-day refund window (unused only)
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not used any of the Pro features included in the subscription. "Unused" means no AI generations or other Pro-only features have been consumed on your account during the current billing period.
If you have used any Pro features within the billing period, we are unable to offer a refund for that period. Your subscription will still continue until the end of the paid period and you can cancel renewal at any time.
Renewals
Renewal charges are not refundable except where required by law. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@strongsocialai.com, or contact Paddle directly via paddle.net. Include the email address used to make the purchase and the order reference if available. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
